Material Safety Data Sheets

Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) starts out as two liquid components: an isocyanate, known as the "A" component, and a polyol (or resin), the "B" component.

A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is designed to provide both workers and emergency personnel with the proper procedures for handling or working with that substance.

The MSDS will include information such as physical data (melting point, boiling point, flash point etc.), toxicity, health effects, first aid, reactivity, storage, disposal, protective equipment, and spill/leak procedures. These are of particular use if a spill or other accident occurs

Technical Datasheets

All the polyurethane foam listed utilize an HCFC blowing agent.
Different reactivity levels are available for spraying under various climatic conditions. These are designated as SSH for summer, RSH for fall and WSH for winter. Reactivities and temperature ranges are listed below.
